Despite the 2024 retirement of co-founder Terri Meyer, Terri & Sandy had what it calls its most successful year ever in 2025, proving that a focus on creativity and tech innovation can result in big wins. The agency bulked up its leadership, hiring Peyton Sutton as president, Amy Ferguson as its first chief creative officer and Tina Lam as its first head of production.

The 16-year-old agency has won new clients such as Welch’s, Vidanta World Resort, Gainbridge Financial, Bridges Consumer Healthcare and Earth Breeze laundry sheets, and ramped up business with others including Revlon and Freshpet. And Terri & Sandy has invested in AI; last year, it created a proprietary AI tool for idea and performance metrics called Athena.

Such initiatives contributed to Terri & Sandy’s expected 11% revenue rise in 2025 to more than $15.8 million, the highest in agency history, according to the 50-person shop. And, it’s a 2026 Ad Age A-List Standout.

One big push from the agency last year came from a new campaign for Freshpet, the pet food brand that has been a Terri & Sandy client for 15 years. As the brand faced slowed sales from increased competition from newcomers to the refrigerated pet food space, Terri & Sandy introduced some Hollywood-level drama in the form of “My Boy Junior.”

The humorous campaign, timed to the 25th anniversary of “The Sopranos,” tapped actor Steve Schirripa from the HBO hit as a pet-owning mob boss who definitely refrigerates his dog food. The push helped Freshpet’s unit sales grow 20.3% per month, on average, according to the agency.
